We had something similar in Poland in the 60s. Around 1.5k schools were built with military purposes in mind so they had layout that lent itself to be converted to hospitals, military storage and shelters.

Ukraine is always complaining Israel is not providing them with military equipment and taking shells away from them. This is a good opportunity to ask for something they can provide: expertise on building builds to withstand inevitable rocket fire.
