Thank you for such a clear explanation. As a non-American I’ve always been confused by the “hanging chad” thing. This has put so much context around it and made it super understandable.

I’m excited for this. Loved KF2, but I do wonder what they’re going to do to keep it fresh
This has definitely been on my list of things to implement, so yeah would be interested in a guide.
Does this method work with other clients like the androidTV client and findroid etc?
Very specific, but I now agree
Echoing the above comment, I’ve been looking for a good self hosted budgeting tool for ages. From what I’ve seen, this looks a great option, will give it a go.
Really interesting visualisation. I hope they come up with a way soon of transferring accounts to different instances, that way people can migrate off the central ones a lot easier, spreading the load. As you say, rough combo at the moment though
How weird that you’re seeing three, I’m seeing loads, and others are seeing the correct amount.
Thank you for all the work, the mods are always on it!
Shame that it appears to be a sync type issue, I’m still trying to get my head around the fediverse. Definitely agree with the momentum and faith keeping, the pace at which the innovation is happening is staggering
Some really interesting points in all the comments. I thought it must be this specific app as nobody else mentioned it. I didn’t think about it being a sync issue, I am accessing this through lemmy.ml (I think that’s how it works) For completeness, I took a screenshot showing what I can see…it is long though!!
Just finished watching Barry. Not many people seem to have seen it, but they should. It’s absolutely brilliant
Everyone here talking about sweet desserts, and I’m like, “Steak and Ale pie”
You went down it right? Right?!
No meetings for me, got a rare day off looking forward to the weekend. Excited to see the new Lemmy users flood in, the more the merrier
This is how I use it and it’s been rock solid for ages! Can even pass pihole through it so you get no ads when out and about.
