I can only speak for myself. If you’re trying to lay the entirety of the Internet’s behavior on a specific person or group of people then that’s a pretty shitty personal take that you can take personal responsibility for.

Specifically, no one is comparing them except you. It’s okay for two groups of people to have shitty experiences at once. It’s not a competition or a fight, I don’t understand why people keep trying to insist on making it a “one vs the other” thing.

Misandry exists and it’s a valid concern for a lot of men. To write it off and pretend it doesn’t is to feed more people into Peterson’s cult. That’s not to say that misogyny doesn’t exist either, not that it’s not as much of a problem. It’s not a competition on how much life sucks for a particular group of people. We’re all just trying to get through life however we can and everyone needs their own space. And so far 99% of men’s spaces are this sexist alpha male pigheaded bullshit. And everyone is so afraid of making another type because they’ll be labeled as more of the same. This is for just normal ass people who just need someone to talk to who understands what they’re going through. None of the Peterson bullshit. None of the misogyny. Just guys helping guys. People have a right to exist and society has a responsibility to care for those who cannot work. The whole point of society is to ensure the health and well being of their members as a WHOLE. If a society cannot or will not care for their elderly or infirm then that is a failed society.

I don’t blame you. All that’s available nowadays for men to reach out is absolutely inundated with horrible horrible people and ideas. This is meant to be a space where those people aren’t allowed to fuck it up for the normal people who just need someone to talk to.
