Are you autistic? Not meant as an insult, but a genuine question. You write very verbosely and might benefit from working on being more straightforward.
She’s 97 and made 10 times too many errors the first time, and over 6 times too many errors the second time. This is exactly why we need ongoing driver education and qualification
Hives are one of the clearest signs of an allergic reaction. There is basically no normal circumstance where those should occur.
It sounds like there are potentially other factors contributing to your symptoms at home, but the last couple of things happening with dogs in general strongly suggests that you have a dog allergy.
I have to echo other posters here and urge you to see a doctor about testing (if financially viable) and mitigation advice.
This is a great post. +1 for potatoes and onions. (Just don’t store them together, they spoil each other faster)
One thing I’ll add is that if the OP is in the United States, commercially sold eggs have the bloom washed off them before they get to store shelves, so they MUST be refrigerated.
You can get dehydrated egg products that are shelf stable until you use them. They’re not perfect but for most purposes they’re good enough.
Habits can be built and rebuilt. I’ve known a disappointing amount of people who refuse to use a calendar for reminders out of pride and end up being all over the place in the end.
Uh, nope, you’re putting words in my mouth. It’s not realistic to worry about mitigating that kind of stuff when we can’t even prevent ourselves from cooking ourselves, and several of the things you listed don’t even have plausible technical solutions right now. Nice try, though.
a planetary catastrophe out of our control
You’re still describing climate change. Science fiction ideas are fun to think about but our own inability to live harmoniously with nature is going to kill us off before any of those problems become relevant.
Dolla Dolla bill y’allpocalypse
Ha… you’re right of course, but it’s funny to consider this in the context of the exhaustingly long campaigns that are the status quo
They’re replacing chain link fence, not installing it, you may have misread the OP
Huh. I never saw that used as an excuse. I always took it as, “normal” people show their true colors when they feel divorced from consequences for their actions/speech
What… are they even doing with this
Yeah, so you probably meant boot lickers. What you wrote was boot kickers.
Probably more of a “Do x, y, and z and we agree not to sue you about it”
I tend to avoid games that have that sort of anticheat already, but that looks very useful. Thanks for sharing!
Very relatable. Unfortunately we just don’t live in a world where that’s currently possible right now.
I’m planning to switch to some Linux or other at end of support for W10. I’m hoping Proton will take care of most of the games I want to play, and a single-purpose Windows VM will take care of the rest, if that’s not too big of a security risk to the host OS.
Haven’t looked at their newer stuff so it’s possible they are enshittifying too, but Das Keyboard has been a reliable low-frills brand for me for years (get one with blank keys if you really want to hone your touch typing skills!)
Don’t have any suggestions on mice. I’m using a Razer
Having the data could still be helpful for tracking your progress towards recovering from some of those things in the long term. 🤷
and if you swing the other way I’m sure it’d work on some dudes too
