If we live in a computer simulation, then yes the creator could be made out of atoms.

That logic doesn’t work out.

Your simulation would need to simulate the atoms that we know before it can simulate the world as we know it.

But then you can’t know what it’s creator is made of - just not from these simulated atoms.
