Honestly this is absurd. These death machines shouldn’t be legal in europe. That thing doesn’t even fit in the parking space, even though the parking lot has the biggest spaces in the whole city. The Golf Polo is so small in comparison, it could even hide in front of the engine hood of the truck.

EDIT: It’s a Polo and not a Golf, I don’t know my cars, sorry for that!

        I think folks thought I was mocking the car. I was mocking the truck, which is clean and shiny and has no dents. But that’s okay, this is the internet lol.

        Or maybe we got a lot of dudes in here whose truck stands in for their junk.

            Clearly a lot of people were. And I mean, I do kind of radically respect people who build stuff or otherwise do work that requires a truck; I have a Semi license in my wallet and I’ve worked on road crews, and they work harder than most of us no matter what the jokes say. These days I write Python code for a living but I do have a bit of a hard-on for physical work that produces things you can touch and use, like schools and roads, and can stand for 100 years or more if maintained properly. I just burst with awe and respect for the works of humanity.

            And that’s why when I see some bro who brings in the same migrant workers he wants to send out of the country when it comes to pick up a fucking shovel and maybe get some dirt on his big dualie tires, I really just, I’ve driven hybrids, they’re fine. Transit uber alles. But there’s something about the cosplay pickup that just stirs my deepest contempt.
