If the intent is to say “Hey, we have no idea about what you are into but we are pretty sure we know better than you. Go to your room! No video games for a week!” then it’s probably working.
It’s just absolutely bonkers that they’re using a gun game to campaign while disallowing gun use. You may as well partner with the NFL and then ban tackling, or host a Monopoly game while banning money.

And I don’t think gun control is even a campaign promise. Just shows either lack of forethought or lack of understanding from their campaign
