I was playing Hades when it was in netflix games, and then they removed it right after I started. I will likely wait a while before buying it.

Just finished Children of Morta. It was a very fun game. It has system that encourages you to play as all the characters, which I honestly thought I would hate, but it was fun getting to cycle. It had a decent story for being a rogue lite game, but I will likely be taking a break from the genere.
I will try to chip away at Age of Calamity some more.
I will be one of those not playing it yet!
I agree tipping should go away, but I’m wondering how those economics would work out? Most food places barely break even, I can’t see anyone being able to pay their servers more, so they would still pass that onto the customers.
Add to this that people aren’t really smart. I remember some time ago, some places testing out paying their waiters, plus showing how much food would be with tax included with no surprised. People preferred paying more with tipping, the big price sticker drove business away.
Likely because 99% of the time he doesn’t shoot people.
Wish we’d know more about the setup, especially if Link will indeed not be the main driver of this. Wondering if it will be more time travel shenanigans, like sending Link back in time into the contract body at the end of the trailer.
That second website is horrible on a phone.
From what I’ve found, if we’re going by population, then Jacksonville, Florida seems to be the largest red city.
Boiled down to “Me in charge. Come in” as a response to leadership. The reality is they rented out an office to hold 200 people, laid off half of them, and then were upset the place always looked empty when they brought clients around. It went from “You all need to be in office on Wednesdays, so we look like a big company”, to wanting everyone to return.
The problem is a good majority of people had moved away during covid. Those were the first people to be laid off unless they were superstars. They had a lease agreement until 2026 and were already subletting the previous offices (They kept moving into new spaces as they grew before other leases were up) that also had long contracts. I am no longer there, but rumor is they are trying to sublet the 200 person office and find yet another small space. They are slowly turning into a real estate company.
I jumped into buying it a few months ago. I think it was maybe $7? I will likely finish up the rogue likes I have purchased and step away from the genre, unless I see something really unique.
Started playing Children of Morta so I can have some variety while playing Age of Calamity. I’ not far in, but I’m enjoying that us has more story than the average rougelite game.
You’re not… supposed to tell these mortals about being immortal… it’s literally in the first page of the handbook.
I think I’m going to start getting some mins in while I also microwave food, lol.
Interesting. Maybe I’ll finally play this one.
This will be one of my gets. I was never able to play the second one. I hope this has a touch screen option. It’s sad that one of the few games that had it was banner saga.
I envy all of you that can juggle multiple games and get through them.
Switch: I am still trying to chip away at Age of Calamity. I may take a break and finally start Convergence: A League of Legends Story
PS5: After months of not turning it on, I started playing Control again. Aiming to finish this one by at least the end of the year.
Delta: Still working my way through Mario & Luigi SuperStar Saga. I kickstarted the mcon controller, so hopefully that will be more enjoyable than the backbone I have.
I was surprised it was that high. I don’t ever drink coffee, so hopefully it offsets some of the meat. We have already reduced our consumption.
It’s also helpful to complete the underworld, since the overworld shrines will be right above the light roots.
I honestly didn’t even think about it from that point of view. That’s a really interesting perspective. I’ve known instances of Americans going overseas and realizing they are suddenly a minority. They do not like it at all.
That was the general consensus from what I read about using the term “minority”. As someone who has been labeled a minority their entire life, the term didn’t strike me as odd from a technical standpoint point, but I can see where it would not sit well for many people.
I have so many Ps+ games I never got to finish back then. Me finishing a game in a month was essentially my version of a speed run.
