Not disagreeing, and I upvoted you for a different perspective. I did not see it that way, though I do now.
Like I said, brains are different.

The way I see it the parentheses are good, it the 17x3 that hurts my brain.
It’s already broken down, then gets more complicated by the 17x3. In my mind I now need to separate 17 into 10 and 7 then multiply them each by 3 and add them together, which is where we started in the first place.
Brains are different, that’s how mine goes though.
Dude/ Dudette that’s worse. 7x3=21, 10x3=30, 21+30=492 51
That does less insane to the membrane
The eggs and butter make it much more expensive though, so the sentiment is similar.
Duct tape of course
You can harvest the transformers for a couple junk microwaves to make an arc welder.
If you aren’t experienced then pretty much all power supplies, battery backups, and motors should be left to someone else.
I saw someone lose a finger (later reattached) to a washing machine with a jammed tub. It was plugged in and on when they reached underneath it and yanked the belt, their sleeve ducked their hand into the drive wheel.
That said, if it fits your personality it can be both fun and satisfying to learn how to fix stuff. I try to teach anyone who’s interested and asks. Except LG washing machines, those things can fuck right off.
That’s true.
Do you happen to know of any countries where the allowable level of contamination is zero?
I knew someone would come back with something like this.
You can pretty much forget about eating the things I listed then, oh and dried pasta too.
Besides, if you don’t think you’re eating that stuff already then you haven’t looked at the USDA or FDA Food Defect Levels. There are allowable levels for fun things like insect parts and rodent droppings.
You can put whatever they have infested in the freezer for a few days, then pick them out and transfer the contents to a sealed container.
When I lived in the tropics it was quite normal to have these in flour, grains, dried legumes, dried chillies etc.
Game Changer, a stupid phrase that is so overused it has become meaningless
You can also set default browser to ‘none’ then anytime you tap a link a list of browsers and things like Leon, URL check etc. will pop up. In any case they don’t require internet access to work.
Off the top of my head though I can’t think of any that are based on a persons name. Rod, Chain, Peck, Hogshead etc.
For length there is a Smoot https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smoot
Edit: it’s 1.702 metres/ 5’7"
Is that what the whole thing is with jackfruit burgers and pulled jackfruit? They’re using the byproducts?
The original SMS version of Twitter.
Later, the name hashtags, in American English this symbol #️⃣ was always best known as the pound key. It was also known as an Octothorpe.
Actually I still don’t understand why anyone wants to use Twitter.
The Futurist one designed by Eero Saarinen? That has certainly survived the test of time.
Conde hasn’t owned reddit in a while.
That’s only technically true since Advance owns Conde
That’s what I use an old phone for. In the kitchen it’s a timer, notepad, and music player. I read the news on it while having coffee.
I could do that all on my main phone of course but if I’m cooking or having coffee my main phone is both off and elsewhere. I don’t like to be disturbed.
Oh, and I use it to test apps before they go on my main phone.
I am not the person you are replying to.
I read a lot of papers and it is hard if you don’t have background knowledge of the subject. If it’s something I am really interested in, then I will dive deep, if it’s not I will probably let it go when I get to the point where I no longer grasp what’s being said.
I read it that way too, then did a Searx on the username and saw they use the word ‘woke’. So, just another bootlicker.
