Just leave the hatch open a little bit.

I think this depends on the kind of chiropractic work. If they are just there to pop bubbles for that crack, then nothing is happening. I got into a car accident and my insurance sent me to a chiropractor that never cracked my back. Instead he gave me physical therapy, got me MRI images to check for an cracks on my spine or hernias in my discs, and gave me some equipment to help relax my back muscles and provide support to my bacl. I feel like this kind of work actually does provide benefit. I don’t go anymore since all of that stuff is cleared up now, but I would trust that guy with my back again if I needed it.
Perhaps, but I’m sure they are also aware of the cultures of other species, and having those species in their fleet is still a vital asset for dealing with disputes against or with those species. I’m sure plenty of species don’t mind like vulkans or Klingons, but there are other species that find their collective value in material wealth.
Maybe they give certain species of crew members money to keep them loyal to Starfleet and work.
What about sprinting on all fours? I think Shia Labeouf is tailing me and I’m considering finding a sidewalk if it will ruin his joints.
The real question is why don’t all Half Life characters have a fully modeled cervix?
I bet Luke put in a request for Han to be a general just to mess with him.
I like to use parsec to play games with my friends. When I found out Linux could not host parsec, that was a bummer for me. If parsec had compatibility to host in Linux I’d switch back immediately.
Even though I am giving up privacy by having my real name online, I just realized that I do not matter to anyone. Out of 7 Billion people I am insignificant, so the chances of malicious activity towards me is incredibly low. For me there is a comforting feeling of being able to communicate as myself on the internet instead of needing an alias to hide behind for protection. Plus, if my full name is googled then the only information that comes up is a drug crime lord in Britain since we share a very similar name; that has been a great mask to hide sensitive information.
I love Kubuntu. I have had to go back to Windows for some very specific gaming situations, but once Linux gets more support and drivers I will switch right back.
I dig Jerboa. It’s my favorite free Lemmy app.
