Based on down votes doesn’t seem like community is ‘open-minded’, I just asked a question I about matter I noticed.

No need AI bs in terminal
I use tailscale + tunneling, so rProxy shouldn’t be an issue. I already use Syncthing but looking something I can use to share links to file and access from public in general. Seafile or FileRun seems to be good in my case.
For the most part it’s a business for them, and that’s what matters, they target Mac users because they are more likely to pay. If you need speed and customization there is neovim and Helix (Rust based). From users to users, no business interests here. Or VSCode just works for almost everyone.
