Poorly thought out government policy caused cars to get bigger, not over consumption. Over consumption is a problem with tech too.
Pretty close except scandinavia. It’s a mess up there.
I voted for Obama but that is an ugly suit.
Yes, classic stroad design. Although I’m seeing it more often where it’s not possible to make a left turn from the sidestreet.
Did you like the settlement building or no?
30km/h is about 18 mph. That’s gonna be a hard sell in America.
Most of his critiques are of US infrastructure, so it would have been nice to have the conversions in the video:
30 km/h = 18.6 mph
50 km/h = 31.1 mph
60 km/h = 37.3 mph
88.5 km/h = 55 mph

Loved the original, I’m planning to pick this up.
Not even. There are several parking lots in my city that are way bigger than they need to be. They’re not even full on Black Friday. The lots are just unreasonably big for no reason.
God I fucking hate this comment. Yes the poster could have just googled it. But you know what? I had never thought about what’s in those towers. So I clicked on the topic to come to the comments and learn something. Instead I find your snarky worthless comment that contributes even less than the OP. Asking questions on here is a way to share curiosity and foster discussion. And lemmy needs more content, not less. So I hope no one takes your comment to heart.
That’s our motto
We can’t measure in feet or inches because it would be ambiguous about how wide to make it
also consider a station wagon
Do they still make those?
Adam Savage has a ruler tattooed on his arm. So I’d guess if it works on an arm it works on a finger.
Jan 6th is probably a good example of how the elite would react. Everyone involved would be located, prosecuted, and locked up.
I meant it as a “Don’t worry about being that guy, because if you didn’t make that comment, I would have”
Based Colorado setting an example for the rest of the US.
