I’ve used “Joe’s roadside cafe, you kill em, we grill em” before
I’m unsure what your point is. Are you talking about social media companies, or are you talking about the government? Because free speech is about censorship from the government, not private corporations
bonus points for combining the two in one post
Two terrorists one cup?
Um… Orwell was talking about speaking truth to power, not spreading lies and vitriol.
Considering how much hair Neelix had, I wonder if he tried to convince Kes to ignore the razor
No, the law is against “distributing food without a permit” … which does essentially bar people from giving food to homeless people outside of a soup kitchen or something. But yeah, it’s still a shitty law.
Pizza and weed sounds like a good business model, tbh
I don’t know how much of it was actually written in prison versus after his release, but the Gulag Archipelago by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn
Is it bad that I was going to mention that one too? Except I would have referred to him as a failed painter. “Austrian Corporal” indicates that he may have been mildly successful at some point.
I can’t tell if you’re being serious or not, but I’m talking about the DARE program.
Uhhhhh… poop knife?
But seriously, I was a kid who had to go through DARE in school, and I did not know how much outright lying was part of that program. And because I was a goody-two-shoes, I believed everything DARE told me.
I was in my late 30s before Reddit presented me with facts that showed me that LSD does not, in fact, pool at the base of your spine and cause you to trip randomly for the rest of your life.
The first two seasons of Andromeda were ok. After that, it became the Kevin Sorbo show. From what I understand, he was always a pain to work with, but when he demanded greater control over the direction Andromeda took, things went downhill. I still haven’t finished the series.
NGL, I kinda want to see the dumpster fire of a show starring Kevin Sorbo, Tim Allen, and Scott Baio. As if the last two seasons of Andromeda weren’t bad enough, lol
Oh yeah? Then why doesn’t the ref award anyone 10 yards on the play? /s
They won’t do it for living people, so they wouldn’t be able to honor the whole cast that way at this time
I see myself in this cartoon and I don’t like it.
C’mon dude. As a history teacher, I can tell you that it is definitely possible to fire a gun without arms.
I’m upvoting, not because I agree, but because this is probably the least popular opinion on this thread, and I commend you for taking such a stance.
