Not that I’m defending them but that will probably put all airliners out of business. Which I hope it would.

I’m killing time right now because there’s nothing to do but yet I can’t go home and clean up the clutter that’s accumulated from being stuck at work all day with nothing to do.
I have a drive cam for work that dies something similar. While they don’t ding us for singing, they will for everything else like us scratching our ear because it thinks there’s an earpiece and we can’t have any electronic devices including GPS. But the camera screaming “FOLLOWING DISTANCE” every time we get cut off or a car 3 semi truck lengths away in 25 taps their brakes and forcing us to slam the brakes so we don’t get written up is perfectly safe.
I’ve had to do that. Some days I just can’t deal with driving all over the state and dealing with customers
I get 10 days a year on a sliding window. So if I call in sick in June, I won’t get that day back until June. It’s bullshit.
I got a bad cold or something one time. I spent 2 weeks working from home then the boss told me to go to a doctor. Went and they found nothing so I had to come in. 1.5 weeks later I was over it but not before the rest of the office got pissed at me for getting them sick. I just told them I was forced to come in.
Don’t give them ideas. Death is the only escape from work we’ll likely have.
To them photographs are all made with fisheye lenses which is why only the earth looks round and distorted but fucking nothing else in the same frame.
It really is telling when people can’t get help without having to give money to mega corporations.
As an American usually that means they’re swamped and need the extra labor but aren’t willing to pay for another employee. Germany might be different in general but it could also depend on the company.
This is usually how PTO in minimum wage jobs works. “Hey boss can I use a PTO day? I’m sick.” “Just find someone to cover your shift.” Of course nobody volunteers so you go in sick or get fired.
Guess you’ll just have to live with paying fair wages to your employees. Get fucked.
Bad troll.
Also for those down voting me for calling out a troll, get a life. Look at their history. It’s all trolling.

Among poly-workers identified by Deputy, the vast majority (78%) work in the hospitality sector, 12% work in healthcare, 6% work in retail, and 5% work in the service industry.
So the jobs that historically pay as little as legally possible are the ones where people are working multiple jobs? Shocker.
They changed the lights here so that when one road goes red then it’ll wait 2-3 seconds for the cross traffic. Problem is that everybody knows this so it’s almost a guarantee that someone will run the red light. Usually it’s 3-4 if in busy areas. I’ve seen hundreds of times where our light will go green and still 3 more cars blow through. Which means that light has been red for them for a good 5 seconds. Longer than most yellow lights.
That’s probably why I don’t feel good at programming. I just don’t have “that project” I want to do yet so I’m stuck in tutorial hell where I can finish the tasks but tell me to go build a website and I’m lost on where to start. Odin Project at least forced me to start from scratch after a while, but it really shows just how bad my planning is to build something from the ground up.
I read this as I’m forced to work a 6th day this week. When do I get a chance at life? I’m in my mid 30s and never had a job that was both good and payed enough to live on.
