

Both vitamin B & D are linked with depression when levels are low, but my phone must’ve assumed I only meant B and omitted the D. -__-’ AI isn’t always helpful lol. But yes, a few minutes of sun each day can help a lot. Otherwise vitamins are a good way to supplement the two.
This sounds like anxiety and possibly major depressive disorder. All you can do is see a therapist, or just keep forcing yourself to get up instead of laying down and tell yourself it will get better. Just small steps for now.
