Proton does… but you need to use a shell script to enable it on Linux. It’s easy enough and documented on their site, but it’s annoying. Mullvad does not, that’s why I moved away from them. Can’t speak for others

I said throw them in a hole and then fill the hole in on top of them. I admit it’s not a plan that’s likely to be very successful
They wanna block the road, help them! Make the road completely impassable behind them. And in front of them. And under them. Just dig a big hole and chuck them in there. Then help your neighbours by refilling the hole to repair the road.

Same price as Mullvad, about a fiver a month, if you buy a year at a time. Annoying that you have to buy a year upfront but works out to the same price
