I’ve been living with this for 20 years and only now seriously seeing an ENT to figure it out. One thing doc has me doing is a twice a day sinus rinse with a NeilMed sinus bottle. It has def improved things a lot.

I say see an ENT and they will probably take a swab to check for an infection. I had one and pill antibiotics didn’t help so he has me doing this rinse with an added antibiotic powder.

Used to be a huge PC guy but lately I like chilling in my recliner with my ps5. I can sit next to the wife this way and won’t catch flak for being on the PC too much. She games too and will move to the PC for those instances

Still very active. More so than here. But I still use it for sports. Particularly NBA and NFL content. My fav NFL team has an amazing group of fans on there and it’s some really funny dudes.

All major sports news breaks their first and all the major beat writers still use it. There is no better alternative. I’m on mastodon and it doesn’t even remotely compare.

Reddit was my go to previously but killing third party apps I dipped and my X usage tripled. Reddit was just cross posting sports news that broke on X first anyways so it was better going to the source.

Took a bunch of curating my timeline but I get 0 political bullshit and 0 musk bullshit… strictly sports and in that capacity it’s great.

Sounds like an Adhd thing. For me it sucks because when I stop to let others speak I’ll forget what I wanted to say or I try to focus on remembering what to say, stop paying attention to the people speaking, and finally say my piece just to find out the person talking I wasn’t paying attention to already made the point I said. It’s annoying as hell for me and others.
