Dutchman here. Our government has been systematically gutting funding for public transport. I have to extend my commute from 40 minutes to 2 hours if I want to take public transport. It’s also unreliable and outrageously expensive since they run it through the “free market”.
Fuck cars but there’s also no way in hell I will sell my car before they introduce some massive changes to our public transport.

I mean it has it’s uses. You can consider it as a tower made up building blocks. We can write things into the blocks as we build the tower, and every block is inspected by people worldwide to make sure no one’s messing with it’s contents and they can’t be changed after the block has been placed.

I’d agree if they were colleagues/strangers. I would never report a friend for that. I’d voice my opinion at the most but reporting them is effectively nuking the friendship.
