I thought the same thing. The list looked okay until I got to Rich Dad Poor Dad. I read the book. It is not worth recommending and definitely not one of the most powerful books written.

It could be in the bios or have a separate bios for the RAID system. Sometimes you will see it flash on screen as it boots. Like: F6 for RAID configuration
Not sure if using a network device with no security updates and a firmware that might be found online is worth it. Also, I would never flash a networking device with a firmware that is found on a random website. After all that, most of the features of Cisco devices are still locked behind a license key.
Unfortunately most of the features of their devices are only available through their licensing. Also you won’t be able to get updates to it without a support contract. Even if new it generally isn’t worth using at home.

I think this makes the most sense. Increasing mobility makes Capitalism more efficient. Public transportation should also be free because of the benefits they have on society. People should also be taxed on miles driven with an additional cost based on weight of the vehicle. Then subtract work commute mileage from salary and tax the remainder.
Well thought out and written review of the case!
That isn’t how taxes work. You don’t vote to raise taxes on the rich and accidentally raise taxes on the middle class. You can’t say not to raise taxes because rich might find loopholes. No one says we shouldn’t sentence people to prison because the most connected people might escape.
