If you run both Pi.Alert and Pi-hole, Pi.Alert will get the information on network devices from Pi-hole. The only way of I know of excluding active devices would be adding their MAC addresses to MAC_IGNORE_LIST in pialert.conf.

Both my fault: riding a bicycle in the dark without light and in front of a car who couldn’t see mee and once as a 12-year old racing into an intersection where the car clearly had the right of way (it hit me and was legally at fault since that is how it works here; my parents made me go to their house afterwards to apologise).
