  • Because the average person doesn’t have any real time to think deeply about politics. They believe whatever big media tells them. Some also can’t understand how evil someone people can get.

“Surely the basic logic of how things work must be very consistent in order to have such a large and prosperous country like the USA. I don’t understand it. Probably because I’m missing something not because it’s fundamentally flawed”

  • If they do it right, you won’t even notice or feel like you have no choice to buy something.

They want to know you better than you know yourself. I doubt they would be interested in any information you would provide because it would be useless compared to what they can get.

Most of the phyc research is done by large companies to crack all our brains open so we open our wallets.

You’re probably depressed because that is what they want you to be. So you maximize screen time for adds and purchases.

  • Get mad. Slowly diying while depressed and high is what they want you to do. They set up the system for you to suffer like this. It gives them power and money and they don’t give two shits about you.

Maybe you can’t win. But you can at least be a massive thorn in their side before you go. If you can’t take them down, setup others to take them down. Maybe not this generation, but the next.

Don’t forget to enjoy your life when you can. Without pain, there is no joy.

Who is “they”? You have to find out for yourself. Start by trying to figure out who is benefiting from your suffering. Keep asking questions. Try to make sense of the world. You’re doing good so far.

This right here is why the Linux community needs to pick a single desktop that just works for people who are switching over for gaming purposes.

Yeah, having the choice of multiple Distros is great from a technical perspective. But most people forgot what it was like on Windows.

Gamers are not interested in distro hopping on their first time attempt to get Linux to work.

If we’re going to say that a benefit of Linux is the multiple distros to a new person, you had better warn them that some distros are not as easy to work with as others. Looking at the cool desktop pictures on the website is not a sign that a distro is easy to work with.
