I think you’re discounting the heat already being generated even without the water. Water is a good conductor of heat, so if there are any hotspots the crew normally just stays away from, that would spread everywhere, including to the crew. The heat would also accumulate since the rest of the tank would be acting as an insulator except on the outside surfaces.
I bet it’s because there would be a lot of heat, especially when the tank’s engines need to be more powerful to move all of the added weight.
Here’s an opinion of somebody unwilling to reflect or learn.

The GL.iNet Beryl AX (GL-MT3000) travel router has one 2.5 gig port. It’s priced a little above $100 but some sales might still be going on for it to bring the price below that amount.
The other ethernet port is only 1 gig, so no client would be able to reach the full speed, but you could theoretically share the connection between wired and wireless clients.
There’s a reinforcing feedback loop there. I only see that occasionally on my commutes now, but it is a reflection of the community and the people who consider it an option for them. The more unusual taking public transportation is, the more unusual the people will be. But we can help to normalize it.
When I had a daily commute and switched to public transportation, I loved being able to do something else with my time than paying attention to the road to navigate and react to other cars.
They should have had backups long ago
The WiFi must be on his machine that he was using to manually download the files, but he later delegated that task to a docker image, sharing the wired connection of the Synology host machine.
We do need more fucking trains, yes
