Well TBF, it was a loophole. Not surprised they patched it out.

Previously, a Switch designated as a primary console could load up a digital game and play online alongside the owner of that game logged in via a second Switch.

I’m under the impression that the old method is still available, so you could still use this “trick” to play the same copy on two devices.

However, there is a loophole that will let you play the same game on two Switches. To do so, head into the ‘User’ section of the System Settings and select your profile. Then, head down to Online License Settings and turn it on.
This allows you to play digital games whilst connected to the internet, even if the relevant Virtual Game Card is loaded onto another system.

I thought this was not as good as the first movie. In the first movie, Wolff at least had the screen time to show off his uniqueness. Here, not much. He’s just a glorified mercenary with autism. Also, the plot felt too… convenient? And it introduced a few story lines that didn’t lead to anywhere or had unsatisfying ends, like Wolff finding a partner, or Medina somehow ended up satisfied about being helped by the gang? Girl, you didn’t want their help and wanted autonomy in the first place. What’s with the smile in your new chair after all that nothing you did? The only guy who got a satisfying end is Brax I guess. He got to spend quality time with his brother, and he got a cat.

Still, it was a fun movie. Fights were satisfying enough. Plotline was just weak.

Other than that, Thunderbolts*, which was underwhelming for me, though was apparently pretty well received? I dunno, I’ve not been following the MCU movies and TV shows much after Endgame aside from Loki (which was amazing!), so I don’t even know half the cast. Apart from that, the plot/pacing just felt meh, and when the credits rolled I literally said to myself “that’s it?”.

Post-credits was a surprise though, I’m feeling cautiously optimistic about the next one.

Good luck on your Warframe journey! Where are you in the story right now? I dropped it after the railjack came out, and am tempted to go back and see some of the new stuff. I just don’t have that much time and patience for grinding all the resources now, maybe I’ll just see a playthrough or something.

I’m ashamed to say I’ve stepped into the Gacha rabbit hole with Zenless Zone Zero. It’s a fun game, combat feels quite good on PC, characters are likable, and the story is intriguing so far. Though I’m not ashamed to say that I haven’t spent anything on this game, and I’m sticking to free to play, as the value you get out of spending in game just isn’t worth it. There are much better ways to spend money than rolling for a chance to get a character. How much the whales are willing to spend for a character will never cease to amaze me.

Depends. If it’s an online game like Splatoon, I would buy digital. If not, then I’m leaning towards physical these days.

It’s not just communicating, it’s also stuff for general living, like recognizing road signs, paying bills, dealing with government paperwork, ordering food in restaurants, etc. They won’t always have an English translation beside it, nor do they have an obligation to have it. Same goes for people too.

Say for example, a Japanese just showed up in your hometown, knowing not a lick of English, and planning to live here long term. I’m sure people in your hometown are more than willing to help, but how much stuff in your general life is in English? Surely you can’t expect someone to be able to help them around 24/7, and with a language barrier too.

You gotta know that not everything is going to accommodate for you in foreign places. OP might be able to do well enough since people in Denmark probably speak English well in general. But if you want to truly know the people, their culture, or even form deep connections with some, you have to do some work, and language is a first big step.

Not entirely disagreeing with you but, what exactly is “malicious” about separating photo and metadata? It could be just how their servers process and stores those photos, with the added benefit of geotagging videos.

I use Google Photos and upload in original quality. When I download from takeout, the metadata is still in the original files. Iirc, only if you select upload in “high quality” where they compress it again, do you lose the metadata in the file stored in the cloud.

If you like Hollow Knight and Sekiro, Nine Sols is another game I’d recommend. Kind of a combination of the two, the 2D traversal and game mechanics of HK, with the unforgiving parry heavy combat of Sekiro.
