Just hash the binary and include it with the build. When somebody else compiles they can check the hash and just recompile until it is the same. Deterministic outcome in presumambly finite time. Untill the weights of the model change then all bets are off.

They dont become! They are! (I am mostly gonna use gay as an example but the same applies to all lgbtq+ people in the same way)

The reason it seems like people “become” gay is because sexuality is something that develops during puberty. The same way tall people don’t get born tall, but grow to be tall. However they never choose to or worked towards being tall.

If you ever heard something like “XYZ is turning the kids gay!”, its a lie. Differently to being tall, sexuality is something internal, something you feel. And many people are being told that what they feel is wrong. So they believe it is wrong and surpress what they feel. This leads to misserabke lives, depression and often violent/abusive relationships because they are internaky unhappy. If you tell them it is okay to feel what they feel, they are more likely to accept who they are.

So telling people that it is okay to be lgbtq+ leads to more people being openly lgbtq+. They always were. They didn’t “turn gay”. They just didn’t lie to themselves and surpress it.

So how do you use your phone? Every time you type something you use a keyboard app. It might just be the one that was shipped with android (Samsung keyboard, gboard, etc)

If I remember correctly, EMP doesn’t really work on very small devices. You need a “antenna” that is long enough to induce a strong enough current to fry your electronics. “Evolutionary reason” does not necessarily mean that a feature is an advantage. Mutations are random and then positive or negative selective pressure act on them untill the mutation is either extinct or is adopted by the whole population. For features without selective pressure the same thing still happens it just takes longer and is basically random. So different populations of a species will always develop different features even when given the same environment.

So for most of the features you listed: yeah it just happened.

Then OP has to die in international waters. And I think ships usually count as part of the country they are registered in. So if you die on a cruise ship it still counts like dieing in that ships owner country. And its not trivial to move a corpse out of a country, there are laws about that. So the country they plan to die in very mutch matters.
