Please be kind, rewind.

So one thing I see people skipping is the requirements. Depending on what your undergrad is and what you want to go for for your masters you may have to take some “redmedial” classes as your degree skills may not transfer or be considered too old. This will extend the amount of time you need to complete your degree.
Also, what is the reason you want to go back for it? It is just the desire to have the degree or is there an end goal you have after it? It may not be cost effective in the long run.
I think the two biggest reasons behind that are 1) most EU/US passports give you near unfettered access to most the world and 2) the Schengen zone makes that a reality at least within the EU.
“I don’t care what universe you’re from, that’s gotta hurt."
That sounds fine if you have something reading the file independently. But the actual executable code should not be able to access its own comments.
Except Lemmy. I wish luck to anyone trying to get rid of their comments when they could have been federated to any number of known and unknown servers throughout pretty much any country in the world. The legal nightmares to get it enforced basically make it a non-starter.
If the war hawks can bend his ear. Raytheon and Co can throw around almost as munch money as Musk and could easily bribe him.
Fiber optic controlled? Are the basically using these with really long cables so they can’t be jammed?
I irrationally hate the term “web3” (or maybe it’s rational). It feels like someone tried to force a paradigm rather than the natural evolution.
Basically why it’s called MAD (mutually assured destruction). You’ll either get the first shot for free, or everyone kills everyone.
What crawled up your butt and died?
Got a Coway too and a like it. Airmega 300
I played the original and it was such a trip that I bought Plus when it came out, but haven’t gotten around to playing it because I know the twist and it doesn’t hold the same.
Yeah no. You hit the “it’s just a joke bro!” phase. You meant things prior to getting called out and downvoted to hell.
In Japan the bus drivers went on strike by offering passengers free rides rather than leave them stranded
On the bright side, life is a terminal STD with 100% mortality rate
Are those pictures he’s holding real and not photoshops?
All things considered a bomb usually isn’t around long enough to inspect or care about welds.
You also are under the assumption that the people who constantly buy new cars can’t afford it. For me, it brings enjoyment (something that is not tangible). I also can afford to buy a new car every few years. I view it as something I take pleasure in similar to eating or traveling.
The other perk about me doing that, is since I eat the depreciation, when I turn it in, someone can buy it for cheaper and drive it until the wheels fall off if they want.
It was my understanding that “net neutrality” revolved mainly around ISPs and their “common carrier” status. Specifically not being able to create “fast lanes” or other shaping and pricing decisions around content. This would also give them some shielding around content by ensuring they treated all information “equally”.
Based on that, I’m curious how your statement applies given that CloudFlare is not an ISP, but rather a paid for service that is not required to access the internet.
