Unless you’re renewing your copywrite every year, changing the date every year is wrong. You list the date it was copywrited, not the current year.

When i originally read they were going to allow them back this year i knew it was a stupid decision. I cant help but feel this reversal is most likely due to some financial sponsors withdrawing more than anything.

In the UK August figures show that average weekly pay is £663, so £34,476 yearly. 2.7 times is £93,085
So their analysis is basically what it would cost our economy if we raised incomes by 2.7 times rather than a comparison of actual salary i guess.

Ukraine however has proven they are above that, are directing force at legitimate targets, showing huge constraint and being responsible all the while taking civilian losses on uneven terms.
