    “I wonder if he was actually bullied” with “Will tends to whine a lot” in the exact same sentence. I love how self-aware people are over here.

      Saying someone whines a lot in a 3rd party conversation is not bullying. Bullying is constantly antagonizing someone until it causes them harm. I made a personal observation one time, somewhere that Wil isn’t even involved.

          We can use the stop bullying org definition , or the Merriam Webster definition:

          abuse and mistreatment of someone vulnerable by someone stronger, more powerful, etc.

          My singular comment doesn’t fall within either of those.
