Is this like those dimples on golf balls, to make an air cushion layer to improve aerodynamics?

I’ll meet ya there in a bit.
That conviction was nothing like rushed.
I’ll second putting them thru a chipper shredder. The down side, you may kill some beneficial insects. So mulch with as much as you can. The upside is you will markedly speed up the process Of returning to soil. Shred the rest. One year I had a huge amount of leaves so I shredded some of them. Then forked and top dressed a bed with 6” finished compost, and 12” of shredded leaves. By Spring it was almost all returned to soil.
Somebody should give them more than one packet. They seem enthusiastic. Why micromanage?
Really the question is, how many will be used for ‘friendly fire’? 🔥
I started doing this with SETI@Home. And have continued to run these sorts of programs on my computers ever since. SETI@Home used BOINC, which is still used by other projects. I also use World Community Grid. Highly recommend!!
A little duct tape, a little bondo, it’ll look like new. /s :-D
Not a bridge any more, it’s a pier.
And methods have been worked out to load passengers smoothly and efficiently. Alternate sides, every other row, if I recall correctly, leaves plenty of space and time. But nobody uses this.
LoL, no, solitary bees are all about pollinating, and even that they do delicately. And they don’t build hives. Nor do they make honey.
Yay Solitary Bees!! It’s still early for my area.
If I’m in a mirthful mood, sometimes I will wave my hands in a magical gesture, causing the door to open before me, as I enter the grocery store.
I’ve been doing comparison batches, like you describe. It’s helped me to really learn what the yeasts themselves contribute. I prefer starting in a 6 or 7 gal, and by the time one is racking it gets down to 5-6 gal. I’ve done smaller batches, but really it’s nearly the same amount of work to make a batch, so it’s more time efficient to make a larger batch. I share with friends, so it goes fast enough. Tho’ the trick is to make more than you consume so there is plenty to age for longer periods. Most brews will develop a more complex and smoother flavor profile over time.
Any spices, for example cinnamon, red chili powder, black pepper, nutmeg, etc would be tasty.
I have a friend, who is a carpenter. I swear he can imagine a beautiful wooden cabinet, and with some hours of work with right tools and materials, honest, he can bring it into existence. It’s amazing!
If the EU and The Ukraine were involved in these negotiations I’m pretty sure we’d be much more likely to come to a satisfactory conclusion.
